Work on the models that read AI assistants' answers at scale and turn them into something a merchant can act on.
What you'll do
- Build and evaluate the models at the center of the product
- Design evaluations that catch a model getting quietly worse before a customer does
- Turn model output into a clear next action, not a confidence score to interpret
What we're looking for
- Real applied ML or LLM work: retrieval, evaluation, and the parts that are not the demo
- Skepticism about your own results, and the instinct to design the test that disproves them
- You care whether the output is useful, not whether the method is fashionable
