Reports, insights, and other content generated by our AI analysis tools are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of the specific outputs generated for your account.

6.4 Marketing and Promotional Use

By using our Service, you grant Citable permission to display your company name and logo on our website, marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content as a customer reference. This helps us showcase the businesses that trust our platform.

If you prefer not to be featured in our marketing materials, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at [email protected], and we will remove your branding from our promotional materials within 30 days.

7. Data Usage and Analysis

Our Service analyzes publicly available information about your brand across the internet and AI platforms. You acknowledge that:

• We use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for analysis
• Analysis results depend on publicly available data
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or rankings
• Results are for informational purposes only

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CITABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
