Study how AI assistants answer buying questions in a category, and what loses the sale, and turn it into something we and our customers can use.

What you'll do

  • Map the buying questions we track across a category, and the journey behind them
  • Dig through assistant answers, reviews, and store data for the pattern nobody has named
  • Write it up so someone can act on it the same week

What we're looking for

  • Genuinely curious about why people buy what they buy
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL, and the ambiguity in between
  • Strong writing: a finding is worth what the write-up communicates
